I had two great Expert Services technicians in my home today: TJ took care of a drain and Ben tuned up my two furnaces, Both offered professional service, treating my home with care, and addressing my questions with useful, expert advice and clear communication. I was impressed enough to sign up for their annual service plan so they could return and take care of my house systems.
Jonathan B. Was exceptional! He took the time to explain everything that he was doing, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. He went out of his way when some unexpected issues came up and came in on his normal day off to finish the job. I will be using your services again in the future and would refer your company to anyone who needs the services you offer. Once again, Jonathan was great!
My water heater sprung a leak and I had Expert Services come take a look. I needed a new water heater and they gave me several options. I chose a new tankless option. Jonathan B came out and spent the day installing the new system. I am enjoying the unlimited hot water capability of this new system. He also installed a new water softener for me as well. Overall he did a great job and made sure everything was working well.
Had a good experience with Expert Services. Chandler was very professional and did a a good job on the repair. Our last hose Bibb burst and needed to be fixed. He cut into our drywall and got the job done. I appreciate that he was upfront and honest with pricing and the situation. He listened well and didn’t pressure me into the repair after giving the quote. It is refreshing to work with a company that doesn’t have dispatch fees and high expenses.
The service was impeccable. I called the company yesterday afternoon with a serious plumbing issue at my house, and they scheduled me for the very next day. John Harvey arrived exactly on time with all the necessary equipment. He clearly explained what the problem was, the possible solutions, and the challenges. He arrived shortly after lunch and finished about 15 minutes ago. The issue was quite serious, but he handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and confidence. John is extremely friendly, communicative, and such a pleasant person to have around. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. I do not usually write reviews, but finding a plumber and a power company that truly solve your problem is priceless. Highly recommended.
