We needed alterations done to my daughter’s dress, which arrived weeks later than the anticipated date. Her performance was out of town and we only had 3 days after arrival to figure something out. When I called Express Alterations, the woman was confident and reassured us she would be able to get it done. In fact, it took less than 24 hours! When my daughter tried it on, the look of relief and gratitude was priceless. It fit her perfectly. We’ll definitely be going back. 100% satisfaction.
A week ago I needed a long dress hemmed on short notice, and was thrilled that the owner of Express Alterations was able to fit me in. Not only did she do a fabulous job with the hem, she had a great eye and noticed some tailoring needs with the straps. Her improvement to the straps absolutely made the dress! She is polite and very professional and went above and beyond what I had hoped for. I can't say enough kind words!
