I bought a month. It's a good deal. These are all over town. In my opinion, this one is the best. Runs smooth. The guy always sprays me off before we go in. Lots of soap, smells clean here (sometimes car wash smells like a bilge). Location is good, gets me in and out quick. Vacs are strong. The month of washes deal pays for itself almost immediately. I dont know what else to say about a car wash.
If I could leave a negative star I would. The machine ripped off my front bumped the staff told me they would file a report and let the manager review the cameras spoke with the manager and all he told me was that the car wash is not responsible for any damages done by the machine before reviewing the camera. Mind you the employee stopped told me to keep driving while the bumper was going under the car instead of helping me pull it out.
Update: Brought my car there that was clean, just wanted to get the salt off from underneath and on the car. Saw that the 15 dollar wash was the only option for that, or mentioned it. Ran it through. The rinse could be better, left with salt streaks dripping down. For 15 I expect more. Will be going elsewhere in the future. Putting it at 2 stars now. 2 due to convenience . 30 dollars to almost clean and rinse 2 cars is pretty bad. If you must go here, maybe get the monthly rate and drive through twice to have a better chance at a clean car. Paid 15 dollars for a wash. I wanted to clean my mother's car. It didn't get the top of the car that well. Pulled into the most eastern vacuum area. Left side vacuum full of leaves, right side no suction. Moved all the way to the left side, suction was better there. The reason I'm not giving 1 or 2 stars is because the attendant was nice. Showed me the towels. So I wiped the top down myself. All in all, disappointing. Went there January 28th late morning to noon sometime. Was not too busy. Photos show the dirt not cleaned on top, used finger to show it wipes away. Also to show the vacuum stuffed with leaves and the other side close to carpet not picking anything up.
The quality of the car wash is terrible. A strange orange color remained on the car after the last wash. After filing the complaint, I left my phone number and was supposed to be contacted by the manager. Over a week has passed and I still haven't gotten any contact.
