Amazing customer service! We took my ring in today to have the prongs tightened on the center stone. My anniversary is next week and I was just hoping to have it back by then, but they did me one better and fixed it then and there. I'll definitely be going back to them.
I came down from Los Angeles to visit some family and ended up breaking a piece of jewelry. Express is the first shop that came up. I was assisted by Liz, and her service was amazing. Had my chain fixed up in 30 mins and I was right back outside!
FANTASTIC customer service every time I come here. They’ve been able to resize my watches usually within about 30 minutes, they’re very friendly and knowledgeable, you guys definitely have a lifetime customer!
I want to start by saying Liz is truly an empathetic, service-oriented professional who truly takes pride in her work. I brought in my gold rope chain that had split in half, and she repaired it quickly and with great care — we’re talking same day, less than 40 minutes! Later that same day, the chain unexpectedly broke again — and without hesitation, Liz welcomed me back and fixed it, completely free of charge! That kind of empathy, kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism is rare. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and stands behind her work. I left feeling valued and taken care of.
