We had an amazing experience at Eye Mart thanks to Linda. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us warmly and asked how she could help. We explained how we were treated at the De Zavala location, where we were basically told my husband would just have to try on a bunch of glasses until something fit. My husband has a very large head, so after searching for a while with no real help, we decided to leave and try another location. That decision led us to Linda, and we are so glad it did. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help us find the right fit instead of brushing us off. Not only was the service excellent, but I also ended up getting my lenses there as well. While I was still waiting on my order to be processed, my husband’s lenses were already ready, which was amazing. Yes, it was a bit of a drive compared to the previous location, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality of service, kindness, and effort Linda provided. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend working with her.
My wife and I have been going to Eyemart Express for over a decade now. They are always friendly, courteous and speedy! Always ready to help even after the initial transaction is completed. Great place for Seniors and a large assortment of frames. Love the Wide Guyz brand. They fit the large faces and heads with spring hinges. Tell them Bruce sent you!
The customer service and attention to detail is wonderful. The employees were so helpful. My glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes and were perfect!! I highly recommend .
I have to wait several days for my glasses. When I got them, both lenses had a small spiral scratch near the center. Easy to miss. I didn't notice it until I got home.
Lynda was very knowledgeable and efficient. Helped him with my insurance coverage and got a great pair of glasses for about a third of the price. Other people were quoting me. Definitely be stopping back by
