Eyemart Express was Legit. A lot of selection to choose from. Marcella was very helpful and patient. More importantly she was straight up on prices and its values. Versus, the first place I had went to. They automatically assumed I could just leisurely spend 657.00 on some damn reading glasses. At Eyemart I found a one I wanted and received a second free. After my selection of my glasses was done, it only took tem 20 mintues to complete everything. Talk about fast. If yall are getting your first pair of glasses, do yourself justice and stop here first. Ask for Marcella she awesome. That's my opinion whats yours?
Dec 29th My husband and I went to eyemart unsure of what to expect,we were greeted and attended by Roger (RJ). Mr. RJ was so kind,patient and very knowledgeable and helpful to both of us as we had many questions. We appreciate his expertise. Thank you Roger.
The absolute best Eyemart Express I’ve ever been to, all the employees are absolutely amazing and sweet! Availability: 10/10 They have pretty much almost everything from designer brands to more affordable frames. Everything is so stylish and unique, I loved it. Customer Service: ♾️/10 The absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced, nothing but smiles and laughs. I have to really give it to team member Mercedes for her amazing and inspiring personality. She was just so wonderful, super nice and sweet, a very infectious laugh and she guided me during my entire sale. If you want great service, you need to get her Really do recommend here for any glasses needs or repairs!
My first time there. I walked in and was greeted by one of your very friendly staff members. She took care of me right away. Directed me where the frames were and I asked if she would help me pick one out. Right away she did not hesitate. After picking out a frame, everything went very smoothly. I was very satisfied with the service and staff member that helped me. I highly recommend y'all.
5 Stars – Outstanding Service & Unbelievable Speed! I went in with my sister to get her some new glasses and was immediately greeted by Mari, who gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. The store itself has a beautiful selection of women’s frames — honestly, I was getting jealous that my regular eyeglass store didn’t carry such stylish designs! I found so many pairs I wanted for myself. Mari was incredibly patient while helping my sister find the perfect pair and even let us know about their buy-one-get-one-free frame offer, explaining the lens pricing clearly. I couldn’t believe how affordable everything was. I mentioned to Mari that I had recently purchased glasses elsewhere, and she kindly did a price comparison for me. Even with my stronger prescription, the total would have been almost $100 cheaper at EyeMart! She also advised me to call my other store about a return, and thanks to her suggestion, I was able to get that sorted out. And get this — just 16 minutes after leaving the store, my sister received a message that both of her glasses were ready for pickup! I had to wait two weeks for mine at another retailer. The in-house lab makes such a difference. I’m beyond impressed by Mari’s kindness, professionalism, and the incredible efficiency of this store. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my own glasses soon.
