This review is long overdue, I've been seeing Dr. Bautista for over ten years and I have been consistently impressed with his care and attention to detail. He's extremely thorough in my annual eye exam, handled some medical complications as it relates to my eyes with great detail, and it's just a bonus that they don't need to dilate my eyes and can use a digital machine instead. Could not appreciate him and his office more. I also never get upsold on glasses and they make it easy to order contacts though my vision insurance.
Dr Bautista is a very affable and professional optometrist. Spending 30 minutes with him every year is a pleasure and I am put at ease that my eyesight is being well cared for. Can't recommend him highly enough!
Dr. Bautista is friendly, efficient, and excellent at his technical work and helping explain things to his patients. The rest of the staff is great too - they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments always start on time. They also have a great selection of unique frames. I like their practice so much that I drive into the city from Marin!
Always a great experience at Eyes On 24th! Dr. Bautista is an excellent optometrist with a friendly, professional approach. The location and the office is a wonderful . The staff is welcoming and the office has a positive vibe. Dr. Bautista’s eye exams are thorough but efficient—he makes sure everything is covered. He’s a great listener and always happy to answer questions and. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Bautista gave a thorough exam and provided clear explanations. He was friendly, made me feel comfortable and was ready to address any questions or concerns. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful navigating purchase options utilizing insurance coverage to the fullest. Well done! When I returned to pick up my contacts and new lenses for glasses, the staff, once again, was most welcoming and accommodating. MANY THANKS!
