My mom bought me furniture from this store in 2001 when I first moved to Charlotte. A mattress and box spring, bed frame, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, and 2 lamps. I still have everything except the mattress and one of the lamps. I have bought a few things from them over the years and I went in yesterday to replace the bed frame and the owner remembered me. Great quality furniture, reasonably priced, and their cistomer service is top notch!
Let me start off by saying Mark is fantastic. Their prices are beyond reasonable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I'm just relocated here from Texas and I will be furnishing my entire home with Factory Direct Furniture. Come in soon. I'm sure you'll find something just right for your needs at the best price.
