I took my PC in because although it was running (fans and lights were on), there was no startup on the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. Cliff took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue and clearly explain what was going on, and it turned out to be a motherboard problem. A new motherboard was installed, and everything is now working perfectly, actually even better than before. The team also went the extra mile by installing the correct drivers for the new motherboard, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, Cliff was super friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole process stress-free and straightforward. Excellent service and genuine care for customer's concern. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Fairstar Computers. Cliff took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my PC and walked me through the entire issue in a way that actually made sense. He helped install my new GPU and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Super professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers rather than just rushing through jobs.
