Jason came to my Mum’s house 27/12/25 he was fantastic, arrive on time and was very polite, efficient and tidy. He fitted a new ceiling rose and switch. He explained everything clearly and was honest in his assessment with the fault. He made my Mum feel at ease with the safety aspect and did all relevant checks. Communication was excellent even letting us know he was on his way. I would definitely use Jason again and highly recommend him.
I was very happy with the work which Fairway did. It was very professionally carried out. Communication was excellent, and I was fully informed before and during the job. Jason was very friendly and approachable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
I initially got in touch with Jason to assist with my broken shower. He advised me that the replacement side of things would be best dealt with by a plumber, and kindly went the extra mile in calling and referring me onto the right person for the job. I then hired his service to sort the electrics out following the shower unit replacement. On the day of the job I was very impressed with the level of service I received. He was polite, punctual, his prices were reasonable, and the call out time was quick. I highly recommend Jason to those looking for an electrician.
Jason at Fairway Electrical (Bristol) Ltd was brilliant. He fitted a fan and ducting for me and did an excellent job. He’s flexible, clearly knows what he’s doing, and explained everything properly. He’s the third electrician I’ve used, and the only one who truly understood the work and carried it out confidently. Even with a busy schedule, he managed to fit me in over the weekend, which really shows how much he puts his customers first. I’ll definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommended!
I am completely satisfied with the work done by Jason and his colleagues at Fairway Electrical. The company was easy to contact and the admin system made setting up appointments, to get a quote and to get the work done, very easy. Even down to receiving a text when they were on the way. The quote was easy to understand, with nothing missing. They liaised very well with plumber and tiler involved. Allowing for the fact that part of the job was happening in half term week, which I was told would happen, everything was completed very promptly. I have no hesitation recommending Fairway Electrical. They are very professional and I had no doubt the job would be done to a very high standard of appearance and safety.
