Nela loves coming here. the staff is always friendly and helpful. The Bark'n Ride service is a lifesaver when I have early starts, and I love that we both come home tired after a busy day! The staff goes above and beyond to keep the dogs entertained and engaged. they host fun themed parties throughout the year, like the Olympics, Halloween, Christmas, and more. It's great to see the photo updates and knowing that she is having a great time and is well looked after Honestly, Nela has a more active social life than I do! Really happy with the service, thank you 🐾
Maisy and Lucy have been going to school for a couple of years. They love going on the bark and ride when Louis picks them up. All the, staff are lovely and really helpful. Our old dog Bella used to go as well. Couldn't if found a better place for the to be looked after. They certainly come home tired.
Our dog really enjoys herself when we send her each week - she absolutely shakes with excitement when she hears the Bark 'n' Ride arrive on a Thursday morning. Safeguarding is usually pretty good (dogs are supervised and there is an induction process where behaviours are checked). I admire the effort put into enrichment and keeping the dogs occupied, especially since the change of management. We really appreciate the updates and photos. The staff are friendly and communication is great. The cost is reasonable considering rising overheads and what the dogs have access to - it's not just a big field. Overall, really very satisfied.
You need to have your dog registered, and book appointments in advance, but I've never had a problem. Great place. Teddy loves it. The staff are particularly friendly and live all the pooches. Hill you turn off is a bit dangerous, but you just have to be very careful
The dog swimming sessions are just the best days for both our dogs. They love every minute of it (and it keeps them quiet afterwards for a good few hours)
