Owner was very nice and responded quickly. He also was passionate about his business and thankfully helped me load all of the food in my car. Was planning on using an Italian chain but decided to support our small businesses and I'm glad we did! We ordered the Half tray Bow tie Garlic Chicken Italian Melody and the Full tray of Manicotti & Marinara with cheese for a catering event at the school and it was plenty of food for everyone. The Manicotti & Marinara was definitely the star of the show with it being basically gone by the end. We'll be trying the pizza next time too! Our collective ratings from everyone were: 6.8/10 for the Chicken Italian Melody (Just needed more seasonings and flavoring) 8.9/10 for the Manicotti & Marinara
I was amazed how delicious their food was and let me tell you the pizza you will lick your fingers. It's gluten free that was the kicker

Fasolini’s catered my father’s celebration of life gathering. We thought about using one of the chain Italian restaurants but when I saw Fasolini’s website, we decided to go with a family run business. We are so glad we did. Drew assisted us with our order and was great. We weren’t sure exactly how many people were going to attend and Drew was very honest about not overselling us. His communication was great and the ordering and payment process were very efficient and easy. But, the food was the star. Everything was delicious (especially the meatballs) and home made. Drew and his father (who also cooked the food) delivered everything to our home and it was a pleasure to meet them after our nice conversation earlier in the week. Don’t hesitate to choose Fasolini’s Catering for your next party or family event!
Best authentic Italian food in Vegas. Great service and a family run business! Very high quality, some of the best pizza I've ever had.
