My friend and I just bought brand new phones from Fast Cell Repair. The person helping us, Mohammed, was absolutely great. Very friendly and able to answer questions and made us a great deal for the phones, screen protectors and covers, with 6 months warranty. Would definitely recommend and go again!
On January , 2026, I received excellent and professional service from the salesperson, Mahmud, at your store on Pender St. He was so attentive and helpful in my search. I am incredibly grateful to him. It's a joy to deal with such employees.
Had the worst experience at the store wasted $800 of my money on the phone that he keeps telling me I’m breaking when I’m extremely gentle with my products he just completely told me I was the one breaking this and that on the phone when there’s not even a mark on the phone I told him I’ve had iPhones My entire life over 20 years using iPhones I’ve never had issues until I bought this phone from their store and he’s telling me I’m the one breaking it even selling me more merchandise to fix problems. I’m on disability and the phone still isn’t working like it’s supposed to. I can’t even hang up after using a phone call. If I were you, I would not go back to the store. I bought this phone on 21 November and I’ve already been back there six times. now I’m completely done with that store and I let the owner know it. I’m probably just gonna try to sell this phone to some person and then just get a new one do not go to this store. The guy that works there is very charming and nice, but I think it’s a scam
I’m really impressed with the support I received from Mohammad today. He made buying a new phone stress-free and guided me through every step. Super polite and helpful. This store is lucky to have someone like him. Definitely a 5-star experience!
