This place is awesome! We had batteries put in watches in a timely manner (same day). We had 2 gold rings resized (smaller) both had a design on them, and they did a fantastic job. I REALLY looked to see where they made the adjustment and I couldn’t. Big fan of this place and the people working there.
This is the second time that I have taken my treasured bracelet to be fixed and I have been pleased. I love Eileen’s creativity, and skills. She’s an artist. The 1st time it broke, my dog got a hold of it, and the 2nd time was my fault- no fault of this business
The older gentleman was super nice and helpful when I came in for them to repair my rose gold plated bracelet from Swarovski bracelet. I only wanted them to add a little jump to attach the little swan charm that I accidentally broke the older gentleman was looking for a hold humoring while the young man kept insisting he could add a silver humoring. I said no, my bracelet is rose gold. Finally they found a gold humoring and the older man told the younger employee to fix it. I saw him struggling as he was doing it but I didn’t move as I was watching him work. I felt bad in doing so I started looking away. He walked away but left the bracelet on the table where I could still see it. I took it home without inspecting it to see if the clasp work, this was my fault. When I got home, I noticed it felt and looked different and I was unable to put it on through any of the joining chain that was attached to where the charm was added, so I drove back and approached the young gentleman that worked on my bracelet. I quietly told him to put it back and he said be only added the jump ring like I asked. I told him, I know you changed it bc now the clasp doesn't easily fit all the way on the chain. I said my chain was circles and not the one that’s on now. He said it’s your same shit, maybe (the older gentleman ) changed it. This irritated me and I said no, only you worked on it and you know it. I said it’s ok, I will wait to talk with the older gentleman. We bantered back and forth and then he walked up to the older man that was with another client and flat out asked him if he changed it, obviously the older gentleman man said he didn’t. I kept insisting it was not my original chain the younger man said “why would I change it, it’s not even real gold anyway?” I told him I understand it’s not real gold but I trusted you to fix it, that’s not the point, if you need to change something you need to tell me and I tell you if it’s ok to change or not. I told them I can tell it was changed, you can even see the opening that he didn’t close all the way. They both insisted nothing was changed. I thanked the older gentleman for being nice to me and for his help and I told him “I trusted you both but it seems like you will stick to this story so that’s ok. I know my bracelet perfectly well as I’ve had it for 2 years, but that’s ok, I just won’t come back as a customer”. So yes, don’t take your jewelry as they will deny swapping things and imply you’re crazy when you notice it.
I have been taking my watches and jewelry to Fast-Fix for about 10 years. They have always been helpful, polite and fast. They always honor my warranties without any problems or issues. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
1st time there. Super impressed! I took my grandson's chain in for repair. This business is the real deal! They fixed the chain in about a minute and when I asked what the charge was, she wouldn't take payment. They have my business for life! It's the little things that are the big thing for me. That minute of kindness meant the world to me!!!
