I have had at least 3 watch bracelets sized by these guys in the last year, and they are done while I wait and within a few minutes. Price is reasonable and the staff is always warm and friendly!
Got my engagement ring resized here. The first time, it was ready within 48 hours. The ring was still too big so I brought it back to get resized again. They didn’t charge me for the second resizing, had it done within 48 hours, and it turned out perfect. It was only $99 and I didn’t have to mail it off and be without my ring for weeks. I would definitely recommend!
This business lived up to their name, but they should add "frugal," too. They fixed my ring quickly, and it cost about a third of what another local jeweler wanted to charge me. Great price, great service.
I had my ring rhodium plated here, and it looks brand new again! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the pricing was very fair, especially for the level of care and craftsmanship. It’s rare to find a place that’s both skilled and affordable, but this is one of those gems (pun intended ;). I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommend this wonderful place!
Oh my gosh!!! These folks are great! They fixed my Mickey Mouse watch, getting the background so clean. The gold MM had come loose inside the watch. This establishment was so knowledgeable and patient with getting MM back to like new. The watch is 27 years old. Now, for my Aquamarine and diamonds gold ring. It’s 14 karat, with diamond chips surrounding the blue stone. 2 were missing. Gold prongs were broken off. They polished the entire ring, and replaced missing parts. It looks so beautiful, and better than new. It is 24 years old. Both have backstories, and sentimental value to me❣️😊
