I came in with a watch for my partner and I was helped immediately. Scott was so nice and said if it didn’t fit my partner to come back and he will take care of it. Customer service was awesome here I would 100% recommended
SKIP this place! Time is not worth it. Depended on this repair shop for years until two months ago. Prices are now much higher and one watch suddenly didn't work with battery replacement. Took same watch to a legit jeweler who found a strap missing. $43 later my Movado is good as new.
Today was my second time visiting this location after having a good experience a few months back. This time, Scott took care of resizing a watch for me. He was quick, efficient, and incredibly personable. I couldn't decide how many links I wanted to remove, so we started with just one and I thought that was going to work well for me. I paid and left the store and ended up calling on my way back home, as I decided that I actually wanted to remove one additional link and asked if it was possible to come right back. Scott happened to answer the phone on that call and assured me it was no issue and to bring it right back and he'd be happy to remove another link so that it was perfect for me. I came back 10 minutes later and he removed the additional link on the spot. He's a great asset to this company and I really appreciated working with him. Thanks for making it quick and easy!
I had 2 rings adjust up 2 sizes each. Fast Fix did an AMAZING and QUICK job, and I couldn’t be happier! Also, the pricing was great, and they communicated timeline accurately. I highly recommend them!
