Everything was clear, easy, efficient and supportive. I went in feeling i was dying and in 30 minutes i had gone through screening, premedical checkin and a great physician having the right diagnostic to thenbe dispatched to pic up a medication in the nearby pharmacy. Thank yu so much. I had never had such a solid, efficient and caring attention by a medical center unitl yours
From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was excellent! The staff was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was handled efficiently, and I was given a realistic, well-explained plan focused on getting me back to good health. I’m genuinely thankful for the care and professionalism shown.
Excellent in every way. Front desk/receptionist was great, very helpful and friendly. The only issue (in no way the receptionist’s fault) was a wonky registration app that could not take pictures of my insurance cards accurately. She helped me cycle through to complete the registration. Everything else was seamless. Wait times were very good. The tech/nurse who took vitals and swabs was pleasant and efficient, as was the PA who went over the results. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
My son and I had an amazing visit to the doctor's office! Even though we arrived close to closing time, the staff were warm and welcoming, and didn't rush us at all. The doctor and assistant were absolutely wonderful, and I'm so thankful for the excellent care they provided.
My 8 month old was sick and we needed to find a urgent care that had a pediatrician on site. I was able to book the appointment for 7pm and was a little worried because we didn't arrive until about 7:40pm. The front desk staff was very helpful, she checked us in right away, we had an issue with our insurance which she also tried to assist us with. After check in a nurse took us to the back to take our babies vitals and the doctor came in about 5 mins after. The physician was so nice and gentle, she sent in the prescription for our baby and gave us a hard copy as well. We were there for an hour max. Would highly recommend this place!
