They were able to fit me in at the last minute. They were fast and efficient and I was pleased with their work. The only thing I wish they had told me was that the trim across the bottom of the windshield was separate from the price quoted. They did offer to come back and put it on once I got it. (Ford Explorers have to have trim replaced and they did that on other sides of the windshield.)
I called to inquire about service and I was told that Fast Glass in Dallas is not open on Sundays, even though Google indicates that they are. Chris came by on time but unfortunately the experience was not too great. As soon as he walked over to my windshield he pulled out his phone and took a personal phone call. He left the resin sitting on the nick for too long because of his personal phone call and ended up scratching up my windshield with the razor blade trying to remove it afterwards. (I even washed the car to be sure and it is indeed scratched. Running my fingers over the scratches he left I can feel the grooves into my windshield.) I wanted to discuss the nicks on the windshield but he remained on his personal phone call during the service appointment. I will not come back to Fast Glass and I will not recommend Fast Glass to anyone. Thanks for scratching up my windshield.

Chris was a very handsome gentleman that did amazing work. He was very quick and the communication was great! I was at work when I got my replacement and the ease of knowing nothing would be affected while they changed my windshield was very assuring. Would 10/10 recommend going with this company!
