Aziz at FCI London was fantastic from start to finish. He helped me choose an accent chair, dining table and sofa bed that fit perfectly with my flat, and his design advice was spot on. The pieces look great together and feel very well made, so I’m really pleased with the overall result. The delivery team arrived on time, assembled everything carefully and left the place spotless, so the whole experience felt seamless and very professional. We purchased a very large u-shaped settee. The experience in shop was excellent with plenty of advice. Our order was managed very well with regular updates about manufacture & then delivery to us in s/w England. The delivery team were very professional & setup the settee quickly without any mess. We can not recommend the expertise and professionalism of both Perla and Chrissy at FCI highly enough. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of putting our home back together. Because of their enhanced skills we purchased the majority of our furniture from them and will carry on buying treasured pieces from them and FCI who have large & varied source of suppliers to choose from. Their patience and care gave us the confidence to purchase items from the website and absolutely nothing we bought disappointed us. The ease of ordering & delivery made the whole process stress free. We were delighted to find the mattresses we wanted at FCI at a fair price. While in the showroom, we found small beautiful circular marble side tables in different sizes that we didn't know we needed. We were able to choose the marble and the sizes to be manufactured in Italy. Since they arrived, the tables have been well used. We found the team extremely helpful and the entire process of ordering, paying and delivery efficient and customer friendly. The showroom is full of handsome, well made furniture. If we were in need of anything else, we would not hesitate to return to FCI
