I went in today to print copies of a presentation on some of their resume paper. I was flustered because Google says they close at 7 & I got there at 6:42. Allen helped me right away with picking out the right color & instead of me struggling with the printer, he printed my documents for me. Thank you Allen for the great service! I often use FEDEX office because my printer at home doesn't always function. Because I'm all over the country, I've been to FEDEX locations in various states. I can say with confidence that this location offers great customer service!

I arrived at the oak lawn location on December 2nd at 6:00 PM and was told by two employees that I needed to leave because “they close at 6 and need to go home.” The posted online hours state that this location closes at 8:00 PM. Customers who arrived before me at the self-service center were also told the facility was closed. one customer was still inside while the counter was shut on us all. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and the posted hours should match the staff’s actions to avoid misleading customers.
This location has the best employees and customer service I have ever had. I had an issue with my return label, and Keema took my phone number down and stayed in contact with me until I had the new label ready. She went above and beyond to help me out. She is an incredible person and employee! I will be returning here for all of my shipping needs because of her.
