The staff here does not want to help me with a package that claimed “business closed” to my home address for 10 days straight. I have called customer service& only could helped me half way. I just want to clarify a few questions that I have, but the staff just told me to call this number& they will help you, and then she walked away to help another customer which is quite disrespectful while I was kindly asked for help and the staff didn’t even bother to talk to me. Please do better on your customer service…

originally, this was a one star review based off my experience at the store. however, after having a case open and closed by someone that helped me online, requesting the case be reopened then speaking with customer service on the phone, my problem has hopefully been solved now. the lady on the phone was very helpful.
I will never recommend this place, the manager (Shanelle) put wrong recipient's address even if I gave her a printed address. My package was missing due to the wrong delivery address inputted by her. My package was with insurance coverage, but no refund from FedEx for the signature issue she did not explain. Terrible experience! They do not have a professional expertise.
