My fave waxing place! The prices are reasonable and the staff is so sweet. I have never had a bad experience here. I love their inclusivity and vibe and the owner is incredibly kind and understanding (i made a mistake booking one time that had to be addressed). Mostly get waxing and lash tinting. Services are efficient and low stress, and checkout is quick. Booking is easy and i like that you can do it online and see availability. Definitely recommend.
Janelle is nothing short of amazing. She has educated me on not only the importance of waxing, but skincare. This has transformed my outlook on "self-care" and waxing has easily become a non-negotiable for me. Not only that, Janelle has created a comfortable and inviting space that I feel safe in. Janelle has been such a wonderful wax specialist. She has given me excellent guidance on ways and techniques to keep my skin healthy. Not only is she the best at what she does, she is kind and compassionate, always caring about me as a person. Whatever situation I find myself in on the day I see her, I leave with smooth skin and with a feeling of relaxation and renewed strength. I would never go anywhere else.
We’ve been seeing Janelle for a while now and let me just say she’s amazing!! She is so kind, caring and professional. Janelle goes above and beyond to connect with her clients. She is so talented and awesome! I highly recommend her!!
Janelle was the best! I do a monthly maintenance of my ears and nose. Very easy to get done. The feeling of no nose or ear hair is wonderful. Stays away for a month or more. Great price and facilities. Would definitely recommend Fern and Moss. Bill
