Very friendly efficient service. Made me feel like a special customer. We went into store today 20/12/25 to buy a wishbone ring 💍 & the lady who served us was very quick & knew exactly what we were looking for. She was so friendly but knowledgeable. Great service. Definitely go back again.
Me and my wife went to F.Hinds and bought a Citizen watch. The lady who served us was very helpful and the customer service was second to none. The watch fitting was done there and then the staff were very efficient and I would be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and relations many thanks to all of the staff in the Cardiff store
