Extremely happy with the service I received today. The technician, Tim C, was prompt, courteous, patient and professional in every way. Diagnosed the problem quickly, was extremely thorough, and explained to me and very clear terms what the problem was and how to resolve it. Couldn’t have asked for a better technician or a better experience. On a scale of one to five I’d give him a 10! I wish every business and establishment that I do business with employed folks like Tim C.! Thank you fire and ice heating, keep up the good work!
5 stars isn't a high enough rating for the awesome service we received today from Fire & Ice. Our heat went out and they not only rushed a technician to our home (thanks, Carlos!) to help us determine what was going on, they were able to have their installers here within a few hours with brand new furnace and a/c units installed the same day. I'm still in awe of the entire process. Mike and Justin were fantastic to work with and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could've gone. Thanks so much for everything!
I needed a plumber for a very precarious situation in my basement which involved installing a new hot water heater & replacing the main drain. Tim (from Fire & Ice) found the problem late Friday afternoon, but offered to come back Saturday & finish all the work. His estimate was more than reasonable & he was incredibly competent, efficient & honest. I will definitely ask for him when I have future plumbing needs.
I had a wonderful experience with Fire & Ice Heating and Cooling. Gio provided outstanding customer service from start to finish—patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Carlos, our technician, was just as impressive. He took the time to walk us through everything, answered all of our questions, and was genuinely willing to work with us as we faced the unexpected need to purchase a new furnace. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and support from both Gio and Carlos. Highly recommend Fire & Ice for anyone looking for quality service and a team that truly cares.
12/17 /25 Fire & Ice took great care of me.its come with 10-year manufacturer warranty for the Carrier AC and furnace, they gave me an extra year of full labor and maintenance service. So going back to my 5 start for them . December 2025 The hitting system broke ..! Motherboard gone as per support engineer Waiting n working with customer service last 4hr since 7::40am est . I below comment I spend 20K system in July 2025 . July 2025 I changed my whole system with fire n ice so far going good , salesman installer n the service call very professional
