Quick and easy, oil services are priced very well. Tire prices and selection of Bridgestone is massive. Staff has been always amazing and super friendly. Located right downtown, make sure you make an appt as same day drop off might not always be available. If you can speak to Milton, he’s always been super knowledgeable and very helpful. Doesn’t try to overtly upsell you or swindle you like I’ve had in the past with other mechanics. Check online also as there is usually a coupon or two you can use!
I called for an appointment- was told the tires I needed were in stock and I could come in same day. They said it would take about an hour. Great! Got there at 11:45. Planned to walk to nearby coffee shop rather than uber home and back since it wouldn't take very long. 2 hours went by. I called. They said they were running behind and needed another hour. Ok. I ordered something to eat at cafe. Then I walked over when it had been another hour. They said the tires hadn't arrived until later than expected. What do you mean arrived? I was told they were in stock. Ok. He said it would be very quick at this point. Ok. I sat down in the lobby of Firestone. Another hour went by! Now we are at 4 hours. Finally, they tell me my car is ready. But guess what?! The alignment machine is broken so I'm going to have to go to his sister's store (where the tires were delivered from!) to get it. Are you kidding me?! These people are NOT honest.
Firestone Complete Auto Care is an excellent place to take your car. The team is very professional, helpful, and kind. They make the process quick and easy, and the service is always reliable. A great place to get your tires changed and take care of your car’s needs—highly recommended!
I had a great experience here! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. The service was also quick and efficient, and they got me back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend this location for reliable and speedy auto care!
Had a flat tire and this place was great. They fixed my flat without an appointment. To be fair it was 7:30 am when they were not busy but they really did a good job repairing it.
