I love Fit Factory Garland!! The group fitness program is amazing! I’ve totally transformed my body and met an amazing community. The instructors are so motivating and inclusive. Highly recommend!!
I love the group fitness classes at Fit Factory. Total Body Burn, Barre and Pilates are my favorite! I also love the women’s only area, tanning beds, and the sauna. This is the only gym I’ve been consistently able to attend and it’s because there’s everything I need!
Just joined and so far have loved the row and fit/sculpt classes led by April. The sauna is pretty cool! Do wish it was a bit bigger because it can get crowded in there. Also they jut need to be on top of their hand sanitizer and hygiene stations. I am a big germ freak so that’s always a plus for me! I do plan on incorporating the gym portion of it since I do want to continue my weight lifting journey. Will rate when I get started on that.
Fitfactory is definitely one of the gyms I have enjoyed going to, everything that it offers and how clean it is, is a major plus for me! But if i can be completely honest i have kept my gym membership for this long due to April’s classes! I don’t use none of their cool equipment I only go to the classes and sauna also they offer a variety of classes from hot body sculpt with April and did I mention is heated to yoga, dance, Zumba, etc just all that in one membership. Please come see April she’s literally the best!!!! 100/10 recommend
Fit Factory Garland has slowly become one of my favorite gyms I’ve been a part of. The equipment selection is great everything is spaced out well, easy to access, and there’s always enough machines and weights so you’re not standing around waiting. The gym stays clean, organized, and actually feels like a place you want to spend time in. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve talked to has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re getting a good experience. They remember you, they check in on how you’re doing, and they make the gym feel welcoming no matter your fitness level. It’s obvious they care about what they do and about the people who come here.
