Untrustworthy business!!! I purchased an Octane Fitness ZR8000 from them back in 2021 December as a gift for my girlfriend. After getting it home I noticed many problems with it including wore out shocks, missing screws, on/off switch missing, leaky battery, etc. When I contacted them about the issues they claimed it was my fault. Then after explaining to them that even if I caused damage in transporting it(which I didn't), I couldn't have caused all the issues just from moving it. They finally agreed to purchase the replacement parts and send them to me. They sent me one part and it was the wrong part for a different model. Then I did their job for them and sent them the exact manufacturer part numbers to make sure and get the correct parts. It was 5 months later and still no parts. They claimed the parts were on backorder, I contacted the manufacture and asked if this was true. They said all parts were in stock and shipped in 1-4 weeks. Do NOT purchase anything from them without thoroughly checking through it on site. They do not follow through on support of what they sell. Buyer beware!!
Fit Supply provided a very helpful and consultative experience. They did not try to "hard sell" me on specific equipment, they listened to what I was trying to accomplish in my space and took my budget into consideration when making recommendations. The experience from start to finish was very positive.
The Fit Supply install crew arrived to install the fitness equipment at my property, due to construction delays it was not quite finished. The crew had to navigate around exterior construction work and other crews. Regardless of the state of the property, the crew got the job done so that we would be ready for the finishing touches and photos by our deadline.
We went to their location unannounced and no appointment during the pandemic. Not sure how we were going to be received, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Joe who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. After Brian came back from lunch he stepped in to help us make some final decisions. I went knowing I wanted a brand new Stair Master Gauntlet, after our arrival we were taking to see other available equipment. We ended up buying more than we knew they had but were so happy because it was a one stop shop. We were very impressed with the team that goes through each piece of equipment to assure it leaves in tip top shape. Mind you, all of their equipment is commercial so you know in a residential setting it will most likely out live us. During our purchase we were introduced to the Owner Ryan, (very nice). At that time Brian offered extended warranties which we gladly purchased, as well as having their crew deliver and set up the equipment leaving us nothing to do but wait for the install. The crew that did the install were very polite (even though our dogs barked every time they walked by). They didn't damage anything and were happy to disassemble the equipment to get it through residential doors, unlike nice double doors in a commercial gym. Overall our experience was great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for great used equipment.
Nothing but good things to say about Fit Supply, responsive, accommodating and professional. Great option for turn-key projects, highly recommended.
