I love coming to Fitness Connection at Forest. The workers are very nice and speak to you as soon as you walk in the door and when you leave. Diego has been overly nice to me and makes me feel very welcome when walking into Fitness Connection. Keep up the good work
Extremely well maintained Gym with tons of equipment and friendly and welcoming staff. Jason helped us out with membership and made things easy to understand. Highly recommend this place 👍🏻
Great gym for the price range. Great selection of equipment: tons of free weights (DB's up to 150, 8 power racks, etc), multiples of most machines. Equipment is kept clean and well maintained. Great staff, especially Micah the manager, Jack at the front desk, Hailey in training, and Jason too. Check it out if you're looking for a no frills gym with lots of equipment.
Been coming to this gym for several months and love it! The gym is always clean and the women’s section is so spacious. Nicole at the front desk is very helpful and sweet! If you don’t like super sour preworkout like me, try the KXR sport preworkout gummy bear flavor shot at the front desk. Seriously the best preworkout I’ve had. Nicole will hook you up!
