Although the flowers were beautiful, my bunch just didn’t quite seem to resemble the price paid ($160) they were left at my door in direct sunlight when they could’ve been left at the step below in some shade from the hedge. Still something lovely to come home to but they definitely won’t last long as half the flowers are already wilted Edit - after expressing concern, Irene reached out and organised another bouquet to be delivered in replacement of the unsatisfied original. The replacement bouquet was absolutely beautiful to say the least - although I wish that was what was originally delivered, I really appreciate the effort in resolution and understanding of the issues. Thankyou!

I ordered on the phone from Abu Dhabi and Irene was brilliant: so kind and helpful and she then sent me a message letting me know they had been delivered, complete with a photo of the flowers (which were beautiful). Five stars for Five Petals Florist! Thank you so much Irene for the beautiful bouquet you created, it was very much appreciated by my elderly mother in-law who has been through a long health battle. The pretty colours certainly lifted her spirits. I highly recommend Five Petals Florist, incredible service, even after I requested a certain arrangement and then changed my mind half way through it being made, it wasn’t a problem and Irene created something even nicer than I imagined.
The flowers I ordered online for delivery were beautiful. They actually looked like the photo on the website. I get nervous ordering flowers online from a distance as I have had a bad experience before. Five Petals Florists definitely exceeded my expectations. I ordered late last night and called this morning to confirm. Irene was very helpful and pleasant. Irene sent me a text with a photo of flowers as I requested in phone conversation. I would highly recommend Five Petal Florist. My cousin loved the flowers.
