Outstanding vehicle repair & body shop. Their service from drop off to pick up is very good. Communication, daily updates and making certain that my rental car company picked me up promptly. After the repair work was done, these guys returned my rental vehicle. Fix Auto truly gets it when it comes to overall customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Fix did a terrific job repairing our vehicle. The bodywork was excellent, restoring our car to its original appearance. The staff, from Jeff to Alex at the front desk, to the techs in the shop were all helpful and great to work with. Highly recommended!
My folks car was damaged on the drivers side door in an accident. The staff there did an incredible job replacing the door and matching the paint perfectly. They went above and beyond by fixing a dent in the passenger driver door that my folks got at a baseball game a few months prior. Didn’t expect that at all but they took care of it! Highly recommend this shop!!
I want to thank Jeff and his staff at Fix Auto Fresno Body Works. They were honest, straight forward, and professional. I came in to get a dent repaired, and Jeff explained the procedure and gave me a quote that beat all the other competitors. I also want to thank the individual who worked on vehicle. My car may not be a big deal to others...but my Scion is the best little car...when this damage happened I was pretty shocked and down hearted..took me a few day to get it together...but between my insurance agents and the body shop...they pieced my baby back! Lisa at fix auto body works...handled this old lady with top of the line service...she emailed or called every step of the way...and was on time as she told me when I turned in my car...I cld not be happier..everyone was excellent...if I ever find myself In this situation again I will seek them out even if my insurance co. doesn't send me there!!
