Dropped off 6 watches for battery replacement. They were done in less than 24 hours and at the most reasonable prices anywhere. Eddie and Ms. Angie were so nice, efficient, & courteous. I’ll absolutely be back soon!!

I bought a cheap little Apple Watch band that I was so excited about! I figured out how to resize it myself but couldn’t get one tiny piece that connects the 2 bands. After hours of trying and stabbing myself with the little tool, I looked up watch repair shops and saw Fixed In A Flash was close to me and had good reviews. When I got there, a kind man opened the door for me and genuinely asked how I was. Then what he could help with - I think he’s the owner. I wasn’t sure what I needed though - advice, a part, or an actual repair. He was able to use something he had in store to fix it and it looks and works great! I can tell they’re committed to great customer service and lifelong friendships with their customers too! Their card said they’ve been in business 32 years and I can tell why! I definitely recommend them and hope they have many more successful years ahead! Thank you!
I have lived near this shop for years and it has always been my go to for help with all of my watches and family jewelry. The owners and staff are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with and they are more than reasonable about the cost of repair services. If possible they will fix it while you wait or you can feel comfortable dropping off and picking up a few days later.
Me and my husband took my grandmas chain here to get fixed and they made it look brand new! They’re super nice and we would highly recommend them to anybody! Also after fixing the chain they cleaned it up. Amazing work
