My wife and I came in looking for options for our new home, and Bradley was great to work with. He helped us compare different brands and options and clarified questions about trim and stair nosing from our contractor, which made everything much easier. We really appreciated his advice and how he checked in throughout the process, from ordering to delivery, pickup, and installation. We will definitely be working with Bradley again for future projects.
We were very impressed with Floor Dimensions! They did a great job from initial contact and walk through to the end of installation. We have a charming old house that presented lots of additional challenges and the install team worked extra hard to get them all solved. We are very pleased with the end result. Highest recommendation.
Highly recommended. They had lots of carpet options, let us take home samples, and sent someone to properly measure our rooms. The carpets arrived in a few weeks and the installer did a great job. Plus they were very communicative.
Our experience was great from the showroom to the installation. Jason was great and our installers Angel and his son did a great job. They worked 12 hour day to get it done. And the carpets looks great.
Floor Dimensions has installed vinyl flooring and carpeting for us many times over many years. They just completed the most challenging job yet--remove old kitchen flooring and install hardwood flooring. The job they did is incredible! Their installers could not have been more professional, efficient and friendly. When they finished the job, the floor looked great (of course), but equally impressive is how thoroughly they cleaned up, vacuuming and wiping all surfaces and floors to remove the inevitable sawdust. I cannot recommend Floor Dimensions more highly. I should also mention how helpful our sales person was. Jason patiently explained all of the hardwood options, and answered all of our questions. And once we signed the contract, Jason stayed involved right through completion of the job.
