I had a great experience with my flooring install. The guy who came out was honestly one of the most interesting people I’ve ever chatted with, and he did an amazing job. The price was really reasonable, and the floor actually turned out nicer than the rest of the flooring in my house, even though it cost less. They offered to match what I already had, but we went with a better option and I’m so glad we did it looks fantastic. The install team was quick, clean, and professional. I love my new floor and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to do the upstairs

Price was much better than other company's I received bids from which made me skeptical, but product were great quality and i had LVP and carpet installed. Installers were polite respectful of my property did an excellent job with install took their time and did it right including cleanup. I will definitely use them again.

Bill came out do the initial measurements and go over carpet options with me. He was great and extremely professional. After explaining what we were looking for he worked us up some estimates so we could decide. After that the scheduling process was easy and the installation went super quick. Just follow their simple instructions on setting the rooms so the team can work. We are extremely pleased and everyone who has seen the new carpet comments on how great it looks.

I am so happy with my new floor! From the first phone call I made to set up the salesman coming out with samples to the finished installation. Everything was handled professionally and courteously. The team that came to do the work were very professional and so easy to work with. They did an amazing job. The floor looks really nice. Better than I could have ever imagined. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and definitely recommend this company to anyone considering a new luxury vinyl plank floor. Thank you!!

Our new flooring is great. From Bill, our sales rep, to Joe and his crew, we were taken care of. It took two full days, we had a lot of tile and carpet to be removed and floors to sand and be prepped. Except for the carpet in the bedrooms and the tile in the bathrooms and laundry room, the rest of floors were done. It took a little longer than expected and the days were mixed up for installation, but we got through it, even with me working remotely. We chose the style Havana which blends with our furniture and also also contrasts depending on the room it's in. It really looks like hardwood and is very durable. The team moved our furniture into staging areas or at least tried to because we have huge, heavy furniture, they covered most of it, but if don't want the dust, cover it yourself. I'm still cleaning things. They even put felt sliders that we purchased in advance under all the furniture to protect the floor. They did cover a floor outlet accidentally, but Joe caught that and it was fixed right away. I can also say we can breathe better. We have two 85 lb. each dogs, and now with the carpet gone, not having to vacuum so much with the big vacuum, we can now run the automatic floor robot for vacuuming daily, and my husband is tickled about that since vacuuming is on his honey-do list weekly! Great price along with our Veteran's discount! We are quite pleased. Thank you Flooring Direct.
