We visited just before closing time, yet we were welcomed with kindness and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to create a beautiful birthday bouquet, thoughtfully prepared to be safe for cats. Elegant service, lovely flowers, and a truly pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
My daughter bought me a bouquet for my birthday yesterday & it looked beautiful . However , when I got it home & unwrapped it the stems were cut so short it didn’t fit in the vase I usually use , I had to fill it extra high to get the water to reach . Also , after all the paper came off , it was quite a stingy looking little bouquet … it looked way better in the paper . But what really disappointed me is that the next morning the flowers were looking 4 days old ! I’ve never seen flowers die that quickly . I feel bad for my daughter who spent her money here ,, won’t ever go back .
Absolutely beautiful flowers and amazing service. The flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. I had family from wales place an order for my birthday, Florans called prior to let me ask if I would be home to receive the flowers around a certain time, unfortunately I wasn’t able to answer so they texted me. I wasn't going to be home but they made sure that it was ok to leave at the front door for when I got home. They left it in a plastic pail so it had water until I got home.
I absolutely love this flower shop! Every bouquet I’ve purchased has been fresh, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully put together. The flowers last a long time and always brighten up my home. The staff here are just as wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to help me choose the perfect arrangement, whether for myself or as a gift. It’s clear they put their heart into both their flowers and their service. Truly a gem of a shop that I’m so grateful to have nearby! 🌸
