We are super please with Family Pest Services from the time of inquiry to day of, we've experience top notch service. Kalonji was very thorough in his explanation he was very helpful in sorting out the fact that through Ehrlich I had termite eradication in a small area done as well as ongoing inspections which is how they told me that it was going to be guaranteed as long as they kept it up. Fla pest control could not find any information about termites on my account. We are putting Termite Sentinel's in.
Ronald was fantastic! He was very informative and walked us through everything he was doing, plus how to stop pests from returning. The price was great and the support was fast. We called, and they were out here just two days later!

Morris was absolutely fantastic! He arrived within the scheduled time frame and immediately made us feel at ease. We’ve been dealing with an ongoing ant issue, and he thoughtfully walked us through two different solutions, explaining each one clearly. His knowledge and expertise were incredibly reassuring. On top of that, he went above and beyond by removing all the spider webs from our oversized patio, something we truly appreciated. Before leaving, Morris took the time to recap everything he had done, ensuring we understood the full scope of the service. Overall, he was exceptional. Every technician we’ve encountered from this company has been consistently respectful, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
