I came to visit Hamilton for 2 weeks and this was my first time doing pilates. I had a phenomenal experience doing pilates here. I did the introductory classes and the instructor was so helpful. I has been struggling with intense back pain for several years, and just 2 sessions have healed my back so much.

Chris is attentive and always willing to offer clear, respectful guidance or modifications without drawing attention to you! His teaching style is precise, supportive, and effective — and bonus.. he brings a great sense of personality and humour to each session. The studio is spotless, the instructors are knowledgeable, and the atmosphere promotes focus, growth, and consistency. In November I started the Pilates Beginner Workshop and instantly felt comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing. Chris is so knowledgeable and has the best sense of humor. I am now into my 4th month of Pilates and am addicted. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in pilates this studio is the perfect fit for all levels.
I just finished my 4th class as a beginner and all I can say is 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 As someone who has never had an interest in exercise before, I found myself drawn to the art of pilates and thought what better way to try then with a 4 week beginner program. Hesitant at first , I showed up for my first class, nervous and unsure, but quickly realized I had nothing to fear. Chris is warm, kind, welcoming, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Having a heart and knee issue, I was worried about over doing it, but was met with grace every step (or stretch) of the way. I cannot thank Chris enough for helping me overcome my fear of exercise, and my fear of failure. Chris's approach makes for a welcoming environment for everyone, starting with newbies like myself all the way to the best of the best. I'm excited to continue my journey and watch myself grow as I gain my strength, balance and comfort levels. Thank you for making a nervous experience one of the best ones.
I’ve been working privately with Chris for years, and attending his classes whenever I can (both yoga and pilates), and I can confidently say - if you want to learn from someone passionate about understanding the human body, movement, and all the intricacies that come along with both, you 100% need to try a class with Chris!!
