My rating is a 10. Their flowers are gorgeous. Their arrangements are breathtaking. Tammy, Helena, and Sarah are the most wonderful florists and most wonderful humans. I will never buy from anywhere else. If I’m at the grocery store and see lovely flowers (so convenient), I’ll pass and go to Flowers at Hilltop. They are my florists for life. They also sell locally-made chocolate and wine. They are THE one-stop shop for romantic. They are caring and helpful and make whatever your vision is come to fruition. The take their time with you and are so very warm in addition to the amazing flowers. They are the best florist around, and to quote something that has been in the news, prove me wrong!
I’m so grateful for Flowers at Hilltop! Not only did they create a beautiful designer’s choice arrangement using my favorite flower and have it ready for same-day delivery on a busy holiday weekend — but when they discovered the recipient would be out of town for three days, they went above and beyond by retrieving the flowers and rescheduling the delivery. They were incredibly gracious, responsive, and kind throughout the entire process. Exceptional service and care — highly recommend!
Customer services was excellent! Ordered flowers for an anniversary and included specific notes for the delivery due to my partner working night shift. They were incredibly communicative and followed through with my notes. My partner said the delivery person was very sweet. And the arrangement was beautiful! I will absolutely be using Flowers at Hilltop for all of my future needs.
Picked up flowers my kids sent to their mom on Mother’s Day. Beautiful when picked up but died in days. Sent two emails and pictures. No response!! Won’t use again
I have always struggled at arranging fresh cut flowers and wanted an excuse to get a few friends together so I called Flowers at Hilltop. Sarah was WONDERFUL. She asked about my favorite flowers, which were tulips. When she shared her ideas for our arrangements I absolutely loved them. It was so creative, we all loved them. She showed up early and helped prep our work space. Sarah was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient when helping everyone. We all learned a great deal and hope to schedule these classes quarterly w/ Sarah. Flowers at Hilltop gained at least 6 raving fans as a result of our time w/ Sarah. Thank you!
