Every employee I communicated with at Flowers by Michelle was a consummate professional. From the first phone call to the final arrangement, every detail was handled with care, creativity, and expertise. I shipped them a vintage vase as a gift for a client, and they created a gorgeous, elegant, and thoughtfully composed arrangement that perfectly complemented it. They exceeded expectations in both quality and style while staying within the agreed-upon budget. Communication was clear, timelines were met flawlessly, and the finished florals made a stunning impact. If you’re looking for a florist who combines artistic vision with true professionalism, Flowers by Michelle is outstanding!
Pros: same day delivery, quality seems good. Cons: Bouquet was not as advertised. I've included a photo of the bouquet from my email confirmation and a photo of the actual bouquet as delivered. I don't mind when florists have to make substitutions based on whatever they have available, but the boquet is obviously much smaller than what was promised. I paid $97.50 including tax and a $12 delivery charge. I live in a different state and was happy to find a locally owned florist near the location that I wanted them sent to. But I am disappointed that the bouquet is so much smaller than advertised. There are far fewer flowers than in the picture.
I called Flowers by Michelle last min, on a Wednesday before my vow renewal on Sat, and described what I wanted. They really were able to come through with my vision beautifully, and in a very quick turn around. I thought the prices were reasonable considering the quality. They communicated with me very well and we're able to get me answers same day. I was very happy with my experience, and the flowers were a lovely addition to my vow renewal. Would use them again should I have another event in Las Vegas. Totally recommend!
It was such a beautiful bouquet! It was perfect! I only gave the florist 2 days' notice and they not only made it perfectly but were able to overcome a last minute change and deliver it earlier than I originally ordered it for! Thank you, Flowers by Michelle, for making my son & (new) daughter's day extra special. And thanks for the reasonable price, too. You were much more affordable than your competitors' web sites! (Another florist—Whispers and Honey—recommended you because they don’t make bouquets)
All the staff at Flowers by Michelle were wonderful! I stumbled upon them during my google search for a local florist in Vegas and from the first call to delivery the communication was great, they were very helpful and patient with me with all my questions and requests. Needless to say, the arrangement was beautiful and my friends were pleasantly surprised. More than 2 weeks later, the plant is thriving! Oh and the caramels were delicious!
