We enjoyed working with Fork and Flair. The food turned out great, and they were very accommodating with food allergies. Our guests especially enjoyed the BLT bite appetizers and the prime rib we served. The only aspect that made planning a bit more challenging was needing to reach out frequently for pricing details and allergy accommodations while finalizing our menu. It would make the process even smoother if a menu with pricing and allergy information were provided after booking.
Based on the wonderful reviews, I booked Fork and Flair for a small (110 people) gala. I ordered 2 hot and 2 cold appetizers because I was on a very limited budget. The meatballs were excellent, the pineapple tasted great but was barely warm. The cold apps were crosinis and mini sammies. Although they tasted different and were good, they looked identical, quite bland. The food was not rated well by the participants. Staff were wonderful.
We had such a great experience working with Fork and Flair at a recent wedding! Their team was incredibly adaptable and professional, especially when some last-minute seating chart errors came up, they handled the changes quickly and seamlessly. The food was also fantastic! A special shoutout to MJ, who was phenomenal to work with. MJ communicated and collaborated with us as day-of coordinators, keeping everything running smoothly. We truly appreciated the teamwork and positive energy throughout the night. We’d happily work with Fork and Flair again anytime!
