They came out to troubleshoot the issue, when they realized it was a bigger repair they were upfront and honest and gave us realistic options. Will definitely use them for any future repairs.

My 5yo basic fridge has always had a rattle noise from the evaporator fan that I figured was normal, but recently it had developed a loud intermittent whine as well. Great same day service. Called around 9:00 am and it's done before noon. Appreciated the text updates on arrival time. Very pleasant service tech. Only charged for a service call even though the last time they came to fix our 22 year old refrigerator was 5 months ago. Will need a new one soon. Good advice on what type to buy, and also to put in a surge protector.
