Such great staff! Wonderful place to recover that bod you used to have! Lol. So good at tailoring the movements to your needs. Not cheap, but worth it!
I absolutely LOVE this gym! The coaches are all awesome and are so helpful. They demonstrate all the moves and watch to make sure you have proper form so you don’t get hurt. Everyone is so encouraging, welcoming, and not critical.
Amazing team of coaches who provide a very conducive atmosphere to learn. Their patience, flexibility and understanding (just to mention a few) makes Forward Fitness feel like home. The exclusive one on one classes and daily classes are just the bomb with a lot of flexibility. I love Forward! I have been a member for years and they have always been kind and welcoming. I recommend them for people who want to just show up to class and have a programmed (but modifiable) workout with a coach that can help you with your form. All of the other members are kind and encouraging. No need to feel intimidated. I love kettle bell workouts now because of Forward!
In all my years of trying to lose weight it wasn't until I came to Forward that I finally realized fitness is a lifestyle and not a short-term fix. It clicked that wasnt there to lose weight anymore, I was there to become and maintain a better, stronger, healthier me. My concept of fitness evolved and with help from certified, knowledgeable, and caring coaches I fell in love with the process. I’ve also met so many wonderful members along the way who have been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and uplifting. I wholeheartedly recommend Forward and all that it stands for.
