I recently had the pleasure of working with Renee Leung on purchasing and leasing out my new apartment. She was such a delight to work with and went above and beyond for all my requests. She was attentive and was quick to answer any questions or concerns that I had Renee took her time to make arrangements with other sales agents and made sure that everything with regard to the new tenant was taken care of which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a hardworking and reliable agent I recommend you find Renee! Thank you again and I hope to work with you again in the future!
We recently worked with Renee to find an apartment in Toronto. We were unsure given Toronto’s historically difficult rental market but Renee truly helped us find the apartment of our dreams! We worked with Grace through Fox Marin and it was entirely due to her that we found our dream place to live in Toronto. She spent tons of time reviewing listings and even attending showings on our behalf when we were unable to make it to the city. She was extremely honest, professional, and reliable as a realtor and there is no one else we would have rather worked with! Our biggest need was finding a home in a safe location, and Grace went above and beyond to only show us listings where we truly felt safe, since we are new to this area. Had a really good experience working with Doris while searching for a home in downtown Toronto.
