I contacted Francisco's Roofing based on reviews on the Eagle Rock Neighborhood FB page. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and did a great job at replacing my roof on time. It looks great! The big test will be the Christmas Eve / Christmas Day storm. I will post a follow up after the storm. Based on.my experience I would definitely recommend them. (Actually I have already recommended them to another family member.)

We decided to replace our aging roof and found Francisco's Roofing to be reputable and just as important licensed and bonded. Francisco's team showed up every day on time, ready to work. The job was completed as scheduled and within budget. We now have peace of mind that we have a solid roof over our heads that looks fantastic! We highly recommend Francisco's Roofing!

Some 8 years ago, I luckily called on Francisco’s Roofing after experiencing the hard way that not all roofers are competent. Francisco’s team reroofed my property, providing me with detailed photos of the work in progress. His company combines technical expertise, reliability, and excellent customer service to deliver high-quality workmanship that met the regulatory standards and exceeded my expectations. Since then I have continued to hire his company for my rental properties roofing needs and cannot express the relief it is when you know you can count on a roofing team that continuously sets the bar high and achieves excellent workmanship.

From the get go, my experience has been great! I received an honest estimate by Francisco Jr. and also let me mention he came in at the lowest, with no hidden agenda. What i got quoted for, is what services I received. They handled permits and i did not have to do anything myself. Other roofing companies could not give me an honest price. The crew that came in to do the teardown was very clean and professional. I have nothing but great things to say. I will continue to refer out and may I also mention how many compliments we receive from our neighbors.

I recently had my home completely re-roofed by Francisco’s Roofing Inc. The entire project was seamless from start to finish. I thought it very impressive; Francisco personally inspected the entire roof to ensure addressing any problem areas and make the necessary recommendations in the proposal phase. The estimate itself was very fair, upfront and comprehensive, including; tear down and rebuild phases, permits, inspections, material costs, lead times, warranty, etc. He also used a state of the art aerial drone to both monitor and record the entire job in progress. His professional team of highly skilled and experienced workers was very punctual and started work each day at 8:00 am, which is very rare for contractors this day and age. They took great care in all aspects of the treatment of my home and demonstrated an excellent quality of workmanship by their attention to details, making any homeowner trust in the integrity of their work, which I believe is also reflected in their extended workmanship warranty. Overall, I had a great experience working with them. I would definitely recommend and urge anyone requiring large or small roofing jobs on their home, to contact Francisco’s Roofing Inc. -Doug R.
