I popped in to Frank's today to have some links taken out of my watch band. What amazing service. The lovely young lady that helped me was sooooo sweet. She did the adjustment right away and although I thought it was just right she suggested ainor adjustment to make it absolutely perfect. While I waited I enjoyed looking at their beautiful jewelry. Hard to find such old fashioned and amazing service in this day and age...but Frank's has it.

They worked with me over a number of visits to make sure that I was designing exactly the ring of my wife's dreams, and created a band to match it perfectly. I got an engagement ring here from Catherine and she was very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with customization options (a lot more so than the big brand name stores) and transparent. The ring I got was beautiful.
