It’s been a privilege for our family to work with Tony over the past year. I never would have thought that I would be at my strongest and fittest after having a baby, but it’s true, thanks to working with Tony! He is thoughtful with how he pushes and encourages you, as demonstrated by the different workouts and progressions for my mother, who is a senior, and me. The FREE community is lovely and welcoming to boot. Our baby loves the gym!
Shout out to friends who introduced me to F.R.E.E. The gym is well stocked with all you need to keep your body moving, flexible, conditioned and strengthened. There are noon classes offered 3 times a week led by 3 different, very seasoned and knowledgeable trainers. If you want a trainer that fits with your goals … this gym has very dedicated trainers to suit any of your wants or needs at a time fitting you. Do you want to come in and just do your own exercise regimen? This gym is for you! All around great friendly vibe. I highly recommend this gym for any age your at.
I’ve been a member for a few months now, the trainers are top notch with a vast array of experience. The noon group classes on Monday Wednesday and Friday are a fun group to workout along side of, the classes are challenging at any fitness level. The monthly fee is very very reasonable. The gym itself is a large open space with plenty of room., also having a physiotherapist and massage therapist onsite is a bonus!
An amazing gym with multiple options for people with different fitness goals in mind (as well as trainers catering to different needs!) I especially loved that they have literal stones for stone lifting. My trainer Ari has taken good care of my needs and designed a program that made me realise potential that I never thought I could achieve. He's a really kind and understanding person until you show him that you can deadlift 300 lbs and 😆 then it's a different game of training to your limits 👌🏻
FREE Fitness is hands down the most welcoming gym I’ve ever been to! The staff is friendly, the space is clean and well-equipped, and there’s a great community vibe. Tony, my personal trainer, has been incredible—knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing me to be my best. He makes workouts challenging but fun, and I’ve seen real progress since training with him. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel comfortable from day one and a trainer who truly cares, FREE Fitness and Tony are the way to go. Highly recommend!
