Make sure you don't let them get more money out of you. Put your account on bank draft to avoid additional fees. (They won’t tell you) Would recommend crunch fitness over this local place tho. (Better and newer equipment.) Freedom has super d stuff. Alex Is super helpful if you need help. Other than that, they kind of just blow you off. Customer service isn’t the best and had a very inappropriate interaction in the locker room so I stopped going. Just watch out if you go.
After having been a member of Freedom Fitness in Corpus Christi on Saratoga, and moving just over the bridge to Portland, I miss Freedom Fitness soooooo much. The gym was always super clean and they kept their machines working (even when it took some time to fix). The staff was always friendly and helpful and the trainers were always available to help when you needed them. They need to make one in Portland because they're sorely lacking in good gyms here 😭
I love this freedom location compared to the one on airline. The atmosphere is more positive and reminds me of my home gym back in Victoria. Idk why both locations have very different environments. The other one has some rude members and is very disorganized when it comes to re-racking weights properly. Now back to the saratoga location; The childcare staff is phenomenal. Very sweet ladies by the way. My son doesn't want to leave sometimes and Its a very peaceful environment....I love it! I hardly have to wait for machines and equipment. This freedom is #1 in the corpus area in my opinion.
I’ve been training with Anabel for a couple of months and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and always tailors workouts to fit my goals and fitness level. Thanks to her, I am stronger and have gained confidence. Every session is challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and skilled trainer!
I have been attending FF for nearly two years now and I have to say that it is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and always willing to answer questions. While I've worked with several trainers during my membership, my current trainer Annabel truly sets herself apart from the rest. Her ability to motivate and challenge me to surpass previous sessions has been a great help.
