This was my first time getting a short haircut. Nicole made me feel really comfortable and confident about going a shorter length to what i had. She was generous enough to offer me tea while i was waiting for my taxi. All thanks to her for helping me look gorgeous! I’ll definitely go to her for my next haircut!
My visit to Fresh and Co. was an unforgettable and awesome experience from the moment I walked in. The entire team was incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming, creating a wonderfully pleasant and professional atmosphere. My stylist, Avneet, was truly exceptional. She was not only kind and personable but also highly skilled, executing an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair. I was thrilled to leave the salon with hair of superb, high quality that I am absolutely loving! Thank you so much, Fresh and Co., and especially Avneet, for such amazing service and results!
I got my haircut with Carmen, and she did an amazing job! It was my first time doing any kind of haircut beyond a basic trim, so I was really nervous about how it would turn out, especially because I have curly hair. Carmen took the time to go through all the notes and inspiration photos I prepared, and she asked lots of questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, created a warm and welcoming environment, and answered all my questions, which made the entire experience very pleasant. At the end, she styled my curls using a comb-curling technique I had never seen before, which left my curls looking the best they ever have. She also explained the technique when I asked. I would highly recommend Carmen, she is truly a master at what she does!
I saw Heather for a cut and color on Nov 28 at the Ellerslie Road location. I have been a client of hers for over 13 years!! She is beyond amazing and is well worth more than a 5 star rating!! I am over the moon happy with the results!! When I got home I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband because he couldn't take his eyes off my hair. I always get lots of compliments on my hair and people asking me where I got it done. I ALWAYS recommend her! If I ever want a haircut or color that will not suit me (for example: for my hair type, face shape, how much time I spend doing my hair etc,) she is honest and will explain why. This means so much to me because she will not push me into something she knows won't suit me just to make a buck. She is honest and never pushy and is always up to date on new trends. You can tell she is passionate about being a hairstylist. After all, she has been doing it for over 30 years!
