The bread here is truly amazing — you can tell the recipe and quality are top-notch. However, the customer service needs improvement. I arrived at 5:30pm and was able to place and pay for my order, but customers who came in just minutes later (around 5:37-5:40pm) were turned away, even though the posted hours say they’re open until 6pm. It was confusing and disappointing to see people denied service so far before closing time. Hoping management can address this so the experience matches the quality of the product.
Fresh and hot at 1:30pm. 5 pcs now $4.50, cards accepted. 5 minute wait.
Lady was nice but I was expecting a lil better bread. Nothing compares to Host Basket Bakery. I guess if you never had Hot Basket and you go in with no expectations then it is good and they are very small. I think the smallest I’ve had and costs the most for me I’ve had better. Very friendly people though! I will give customer service a 10!
I’ve tried seniority bread from a lot of places, but this bread beats them all! The quality, texture, and flavor are unmatched. Every bite is fresh, perfectly baked, and has that homemade touch that’s hard to find anywhere else. Whether you’re a bread lover or just looking for something truly special, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!
I am making this review in my car as I’m devouring these with my iced coffee. Omg they’re delicious. They were served warm. Soft and pillowy in the middle with a sweet little glaze at the bottom. They are sooo good! Like the other reviewer mentioned be careful with these lol 😌
