The staff and doctor is very friendly and accommodating. They give clear instruction and explanations during your appointments and when speaking on the phone. Located conveniently by BART in a diverse shopping center with access to the public library just around the corner.
Had a general eye exam and contact lens fitting appointment as a new patient and the staff + optometrist were very kind while being time efficient in a busy day. The staff and optometrist answered all questions I had very clearly.
Highly recommend. The staff are very professional and sweet. There isn’t a long wait time to be seen. Everything is clear and precise. It’s in a great location. Parking isn’t the best in the area but it’s still a great place.
Staff was super nice. The person who helped me picked my glasses was so helpful. As a person who is very indecisive, she helped find glasses and gave options and feedback that helped me tremendously in choosing glasses that fit me. Otherwise, I would’ve been there all day trying to decide between all the options they have there.
Pretty quick service very helpful was able to get my contacts. My glasses were hurting my ears so I wanted to try and see if contacts would work for me which works out great because they give you a month to see If the context actually work for me I look forward to seeing how these would benefit me in my life. The optometrist provided a solution for dry eyes that work for contacts the pictures down below thank you so much and look forward to continuing business with Fruitvale Optometry
