This is our 4th trip! It was a Chrostmas experience for the kids. One they ask for every year. That says a lot for a place. It is so much fun! If you like paintball you really should try this place!
This was a really fun place for a birthday party! The kids loved it. The service was sufficient but could have improved some. The biggest complaint we had was.. the overhead speakers said " come to the snack bar for delicious burgers, nachos and eats".. we were there for a 3 hour party so we went to the snack bar and were told " we don't have any of that."
I truly wanted to enjoy my visit to Fun On The Run Paintball, but the experience was far below what anyone would expect. Several of the paintball markers were not working, many had no air, and the equipment kept failing throughout the games. The staff and instructors made little effort to fix the issues, which was both surprising and disappointing. We had also reserved the party room from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, but we did not receive access to it until 5:30 PM, and at no point did anyone notify us when we were allowed to start decorating. The lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. On top of that, the room is only available for 30 minutes, which doesn't give enough time to set up or enjoy the space properly. Overall, the combination of malfunctioning equipment, poor communication, and limited support from the staff made this visit very disappointing. I genuinely hope they improve these issues, because the potential for a great experience is there - but this time it simply was not delivered.
This is a great place for a birthday party. My 11 yo and his buddies had a tremendous time. We did the lower impact which is was the right choice. The host team was great. Thank you Fun on the Run for a great party.
Good place, but the staff is terrible. They only enforce rules on new people, while their friends and referees can do whatever they want. Completely unprofessional. The front desk and food service staff were kind, but the main staff’s lack of professionalism ruins the entire experience.
